1. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use MegaSpy, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
2. MegaSpy’s role
MegaSpy is an information and analytics aggregator and a searchable index of advertising materials. The service automatically collects, indexes, organizes and displays ads obtained from third-party ad networks and other public advertising sources.
MegaSpy is not the advertiser, ad network, seller of the advertised product or service, original publisher of an ad, representative of an advertiser, or a party to a transaction between a user and a third party.
3. Third-party advertising materials
Ad copy, images, trademarks, offers, prices, claims, destination pages and other ad elements are created and distributed by third parties. Their presence in MegaSpy is for advertising-market monitoring and research and does not constitute MegaSpy’s endorsement, recommendation or sponsorship.
MegaSpy does not review every ad before it is indexed and does not guarantee the accuracy of advertising claims, legality of an offer, safety of a destination site, availability of a product or service, or currency of the information shown.
4. External links
Destination addresses may change, expire, redirect, or display different content depending on GEO, device and time. You open third-party sites independently and should verify the offer, site owner and applicable requirements before taking action or making a payment.
5. Acceptable use
You must use MegaSpy lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you may not:
- infringe trademark, copyright, image or personal-data rights;
- present indexed materials as your own or distribute them in a way that violates law or third-party rights;
- circumvent technical restrictions, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access or create excessive automated load;
- use MegaSpy for fraud, malicious advertising or other unlawful conduct.
6. Notices and third-party rights
If an ad may violate law or a third party’s rights, a notice should include the ad ID, the MegaSpy page URL, a description of the issue, proof of the sender’s authority and contact details for a response.
MegaSpy may review the notice, request clarification, restrict access to the material or remove it. The project operator can be contacted through the official MADCPA website. Official MADCPA website ↗
7. Availability and liability
The database and features are provided “as is” and “as available.” MegaSpy does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, database completeness, continued availability of any particular ad, or error-free identification of GEO, network or destination address.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MegaSpy is not responsible for decisions based on a third-party ad, the content or conduct of external sites, third-party products or services, or losses arising from dealings with third parties. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or remove mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the service develops or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
